LaPorte Management oversees the tenants, maintenance and operations of more than 700 affordable apartment units located in downtown Salt Lake City and Ogden, as well as new projects extending into central Utah. LaPorte Construction handles all aspects of building design, general contracting, and construction management. Building on more than 50 years of collective experience in urban renewal in Utah and New York, the company specializes in rehabilitation of historic properties as well as the new construction of multi-family residences. Working with affiliates, LaPorte Construction transforms substandard and distressed properties to architectural gems boasting restored facades as well as new electrical systems, plumbing, windows, flooring, appliances, and even solar panels. Included in this radical transformation is the removal of any contaminants, including lead and asbestos.
